2. Eligibility Open to Wisconsin residents ages 8–18 and their parents/guardians. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period Entries accepted from March 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on April 30, 2026.

4. How to Enter

• Paid Entry: Each 1‑on‑1 lesson, camp or clinic purchased at PPTC during March or April 2026 earns one (1) entry into the giveaway. Our promotional 5 pack lessons will count as 5 entries.

• Free Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, visit our website and complete the free entry form. Limit one free entry per person. Paid and free entries have equal chances of winning.

5. Prize One winner will receive their choice of:

• 2026 Louisville Supera Baseball Bat, or

• 2026 Louisville Kyro Thundernight Softball Bat Approximate retail value (ARV): $— (insert retail price when known).

6. Winner Selection One winner will be selected in a random drawing on May 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification Winner will be announced on the CV Patriots Facebook page and on our website. Winner will also be contacted directly using the information provided on their entry.

8. Odds Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, and substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
